Job description Process Automation Specialist- RPA 

Responsibilities: 

 The process Automation specialist is responsible for Identifying, understanding, and 
designing business processes for automation. 
 Setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business 
processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
 Prepares detailed technical /solution design document. 
 Timely delivery of assigned projects 
 Reports the project progress to all stakeholders. 
 Monitors the changes that happen during development or testing phase while ensuring 
the project scope and specifications is intact. 

Skills Required:

 4 to 6 years of hands on experience in RPA technologies (e.g. Automation Anywhere 
A360, UiPath, Blue Prism) 
 Experience in programming languages like Python Automation / MS-Power Automate 
 Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical 
requirements, Problem-Solving, and System Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes 
 A self-starter who is able to prioritize and manage multiple automation tasks. 
 Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies 
 Work experience in agile development environment is preferred. 
 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 
 Team player and must be able to work closely with stakeholders from global offices.
 
Good to have: 

 Experience in implementing ML algorithms starting from data collection to model building 
to inference. 
 Experience with intelligent chatbot, digital assistant, virtual assistant and OCR 
technologies. 
 NLP - Experience in text classification, entity extraction, content summarization. 

Educational Qualification and Certification: 

• Bachelor of engineering in Computer Science or equivalent. 
• Certification on RPA technologies 
• Add on certification from reputed institution on Python, ML and AI.
